Obtaining and Installing Miriad
- Look at these Requirements to see if your computer is suitable for Miriad, then pick a method to install:
- miriad binary releases for those who are lucky to have the right architecture
- installation from source for those who are more adventures or less lucky with their architecture
- MIRIAD MacPort easy install on Mac OS X using MacPorts (this is a new-style install not fully supported)
- sanity tests you should run after miriad has been installed
- example carma data you can try your scripts out on
- helpful non-miriad tools you can optionally install
- installation problems
