* Fluxcal (MARS) in failed MAXSENS mode dataset
* Phases seem fine on 10-m and 6-m if uvbflag with mask=7,8 to unflag shadowed data
* tau > 2 
* High tau is killing our sensitivity, but don't think we can argue for time reduction since weather is bad for everyone nowadays. 
* Rms cont: box1~14.5 mJy/bm; box2~11 mJy/bm
* Rms window4: box2~1100 mJy/bm

*C20 has high tsys.
*C14 shows higher gains toward the end of the track (after uvbflag) due to shadowing.
* RMS cont: 14/11 mJy/beam
* RMS window4: 1.0/0.8 Jy/b (when solving bpass with noise source, 
   rms is a little bit lower 0.8 Jy/b vs. 0.9 Jy/b when solving bpass with 3c279)

* do_uvcat3 still shows high noise levels on the calibrator for 3.5m, 10 and 6 are ok. can do better.
