                                [2012-10-08 22:08]SS : Overall track got B- weather grade.
                               Weather improved a lot during last couple of hours, but first
                               3 hrs were poor weather with high phase rms, -3 hr. In last
                               two hours of track, problem with 3.5-m slewing to/from phase
                               calibrator taking 21 total minutes including time on
                               phasecal, when desired source-phasecal cycle was 20 min ---
                               this could lead to trouble calibrating data, -1 hr. -Last 0.5
                               hr due to low elevation of phase cal; track was extended a
                               bit to fill gap before next track.

- Weather not so good as previous tracks.
- c2, c21: some tsys outliers over 1000K.
- Bpass with MARS.
- Bootflux decreases the average(mean) value of 1743-038 flux when having into account low elevation data. 
  Set to 3.7 Jy.
* RMS cont, box1/2: 10/11  mJy/beam (map not completed at the center)
* RMS HCO+, box1/2: 0.97/0.99 Jy/beam
* SD: Window 4, antenna 2 have a "cosmic ray"??? map dropped.
* WB: Incomplete. RMS: ~3mJy/b

* Observed bottom of box2, and bottom of of box1 at start when weather was bad
   After flagging and making continuum map, those areas has much worse rms, and restor beam was 50x'5
     so going back taking out that full range of data ... looks much better
* cont rms: (remaining) box1~7.1 mJy/bm ; (remaining) box2~9.1 mJy/bm
* HCO+ single channel rms: box1~775 mJy/bm ; box2~897 mJy/bm

the uvcheck command and tsys=1000 for uvflag are identical, so I normally only use the tsys, since MIS doesn't have an official way to do things via uvcheck (but should)
