                                [2012-07-08 14:04]DR & HK : Good weather conditions. C14 is
out because of compressor issue. C20 data is not valid
because Calibrator State in caltert was stuck. C17 & C23
seems to have no phase coherence but there was no tunning
issue during the observation (RTD winodow appeared normal).
We did refreq(17,23) upon request by the PI during the track,
so there might be other issue involved.

& HK : PI reported bad data in C17 & C23 in addition to the
two ants that are out of the array (C14 & C20). Reduce charge
                               time to 82%.

shaye

* Put in request to reduce time charged from 100% to 82% due to 4 bad antennas (C14,17,20,23).
* C13, 14, 15 shadowed during 3c279 observation ---- check if only partially shadowed and recoverable with uvbflag
* C17 and C23 seem to have no coherence after 3c279 observation, but the RxState in RTD says fine.
  Probably false lock.
Emailed obs to do refreq() on those antennas, and email Dave and James.
  Annoying!
* C14 removed part way through the track, causing script to crash
* Script restart caused it to start at beginning ... therefore we did not actually make it through the whole field.
Missed the bottom 1/4 of the left box :(
* Visited OFF for 1st time in E-array, but tau was not very stable in the end.

manuel

*Actually, C9 was almost lost (probably shadowed) and C21 was bad from about 4.00 to 6.00 and then shadowed another hour or so.
*C16 and C19 again have higher gains than the other antennas.

essentially agree with Shaye. I've also add:
select='ant(8),time(04:45:00,06:00:00)' flagval=f  # tsys outlier
