uvfix62 - Fix CARMA 62MHz spectral windows

DESCRIPTION

UVFIX62 recomputes CARMA's 62MHz windows. These are 63 channel windows (or 65 if the end-channels were preserved) that have a wrong padding/fft problem in pipeline for data prior to about March 18, 2008. Wide-band data are also recomputed from scratch and written to the output file.  

PARAMETERS

vis
The name of the input visibility dataset. No default.
out
The name of the recomputed output visibility dataset. In addition to fixed 62MHz windows, all widebands will have been recomputed. No default.
test
Optional input table with an ascii spectrum. This will bypass vis=
mode62
Optional mode of fixing the 62MHz problem.

0=do nothing (though widebands are still recomputed) 1=fix the 62MHz padding problem [the default] 11=(test) first 63 lags 12=(test) last 63 lags 13=(test) no zeroing of lags 14=(test) zero lags as in option 1, and then subtract mean of them 15=(test) write data in a table, only first scan, then quit
